Kentucky Business Owners are Mandated to Update Labor Law Posters or Face Fines 2019

Kentucky has revised the Discrimination Poster to be in full effect June 2019. All business owners with out of date posters may face fines for not staying in state compliance.

Kentucky's new poster includes information about the Kentucky Pregnant Workers Act that goes in effect June 2019 prohibiting discrimination for pregnant employees.

This poster must be accessible to all employees and displayed by June 2019.
